INTRODUCTION
October marks Customer Service Month—a period dedicated to recognizing the value of clients and the people who serve them. To celebrate this significant month, EVANSAFARIGYANFOUDATION is organizing a one-month Corporate Games Challenge to foster team spirit, promote wellness through sports, and drive a national campaign to empower the youth of Ghana.

This event aims to combine the energy of competition with a noble cause—raising funds and awareness to train and equip 5 million Ghanaian youth in agriculture, with a focus on snail farming and beekeeping as sustainable livelihood ventures.

OBJECTIVES OF THE CORPORATE GAMES CHALLENGE

•   Promote corporate team building and inter-industry collaboration.
•   Drive greater public and media interest in sports such as football, tennis, golf, and polo.
•   Celebrate exceptional customer service culture across businesses and institutions.
•   Raise funds for EVANSAFARIGYANFOUDATION’s youth training and empowerment initiative in agriculture.
•   Build a coalition of changemakers through strategic partnerships and sponsorships.

•   Duration: 1st to 31st October 2025
•   Sports: Football, Tennis, Golf, Polo
•   Participants: Corporate organizations, SMEs, Government institutions, NGOs, and Diplomatic Missions
•   Audience: Over 20,000 expected participants and spectators across venues
•   Media Coverage: National TV, radio, social media campaigns, live streaming
•   Fundraising Target: GHC 15 million to train and tool 5 million Ghanaian youth in sustainable agriculture

ABOUT THE CAUSE
The EVANSAFARIGYANFOUDATION is a development-focused non-profit dedicated to empowering communities through interventions in sanitation, education, skills development, women and child protection, health, and agriculture. Our latest project focuses on addressing youth unemployment and food insecurity by training young people in beekeeping and snail farming—two viable, low-barrier agricultural opportunities with strong local and export market potential.
